Observation

On November 10, 2022, the infant room teacher, Sanjana Jain, shared with Licensor she did lay a three month old infant on her side in the crib. Ms. Jain reported she lay the infant down on her side, patted her on the back, and left the classroom to cover a break. Director, Jacob Gonzales, reported Ms. Jain was written up and placed on administrative leave as a result of the incident. Mr. Gonzales reported Ms. Jain had completed DCYF Safe Sleep training, and Bright Horizons Safe Sleep training before returning to the classroom. ?? "No observation provided."
